Marcus Bowman, CPA

Marcus is a ten year veteran to public accounting and is passionate about serving you! He is married to his lovely wife, Michelle, and together they have a son, Asher, and a daughter, Havah. They live in rural Kittitas County nestled between production Timothy hay farms and one of the largest cattle ranches in the valley. Marcus loves music and also enjoys studying how languages have evolved and how they impact our current culture. Together, Marcus and his family enjoy a variety of social activities in the community and are truly great people to hang out with!
A very analytical and detailed person, Marcus graduated summa cum laude from Indiana University with a BS – Business/Accounting, holds a Washington Certified Public Accountant certificate, and is an Advanced Certified QuickBooks Pro-Advisor© . The challenges that small businesses face have been his primary focus for the past decade. Today he enjoys the opportunity to help you overcome the challenges that you face in your business and continue to thrive even in tough times.
Dale Meador

Dale has been involved in small business operation at one level or another for 17 years and counting. He lives in the rural badger pocket area surrounded by lush farming. His favorite activities include sailing, reading challenging non-fiction, and engaging in great conversation on just about any topic. If he really gets going, he uses big words… so a pocket dictionary is a good thing to have along if you’re spending time with Dale!
Outspoken and insightful, Dale was home-educated in the Midwest in an era before home-education was popular. Early involvement in a variety of small business endeavors cemented a passion for the challenges and also the opportunities that exist in the small business world. Today, his focus is helping business people with non-technical financial experience understand and harness the information available to them.
Jim Jongeward CFP, CPA·PFS

Jim joined the accounting profession in 1977 and has maintained a place of prominence in the region ever since. He grew up in Ellensburg and has made it his home for all but a handful of years early in his career. His three children are grown and live in Ellensburg and Seattle. Jim likes to hike in our local back country and often spends free time on his Harley Davidson riding around the state.
After graduating from WSU with a BA – Business/Finance and a BA – Accounting in 1976, Jim has focused on personal finance and financial planning in addition to his tax and accounting practice. He carries the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designations giving him a strong basis for providing services to individuals and estates. Jim is a no-nonsense professional and delivers service in a signature style that is both clear and concise. Jim has maintained numerous professional memberships and either served on or chaired several committees at both the AICPA and WSCPA.
Marianne Kreycik CPA, E.A.

Marianne has been directly involved in public accounting since 1992. She and her husband, Gene, split their time between Ellensburg and Mena, AR, where they plan to someday retire. They have three grown children spread out across the nation and enjoy travelling to be with their grandchildren too! Together Marianne and Gene enjoy spending time with local car clubs and have spent years motorcycling together. Marianne also enjoys genealogy and is a member of the Kittitas Genealogical Society.
Not just a professional, Marianne has the unique ability understand nuance and occasionally serves up a dose of maternal instincts and advice to both old and young alike. She graduated from the University of San Diego in 1976 and early in her career spent time as a Certified Paralegal. In 1992, she became an Enrolled Agent with the U.S. Department of Treasury and she earned a BS-Accounting form Central Washington University in 1995. This experience has given her a wealth of insight and ability to assist with IRS representation needs, as well as the service she provides as a tax accountant and small business advisor. Marianne has served on the boards of both the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) – Ethics and Professional Conduct Committee, and the Washington State Society of Enrolled Agents (WSSEA).

Carol Faultner
Client Service Coordinator

Carol has over 25 years’ experience with bookkeeping and payroll preparation. She grew up in the Kittitas Valley where she graduated from Ellensburg High school and was involved in a variety of civic organizations as well. She moved to and lived in four different states over the years and settled in Buckley, WA where she and her husband raised their two children, Paul and Alecia. She came home to her favorite, the Kittitas Valley in 2005 and has been serving the clients of Jongeward Kreycik Advisers and now of Ideal Company since then.
Thoughtful and witty, Carol loves to serve as the face of client service at Ideal Company. Her life time roots in the community have blossomed into first name relationships with almost everyone who walks through the door. She places a very high value on people and loves to make someone’s day.
